Social Environments, Protocols and Etiquette - 10th Grade
Students learned about new social environments, protocols, and etiquette in a session held at the Bavarian Inn. Lois Turco, U. S. Department of State (retired) and Jack Young, U. S. Navy (retired), discussed introductions, how to network, body language, the importance of good communication skills, developing self-confidence, and professional behavior.

	Dining Environments - 10th Grade Christian Asam, General Manager of the Bavarian Inn, talked about formal dining environments, table settings, table manners, and prepared a meal for students.
